Technology Student Association (TSA)

8days to go
Chapter affiliation deadline (late fee after this date), November 1

How to enroll

Through the school. Students join their school's TSA chapter and the chapter advisor affiliates them with National and Texas TSA and enters them in contests.

  1. Ask your school's engineering, robotics or technology teacher who the TSA advisor is
  2. Join the chapter and pay dues through the advisor; affiliation is done online at tsaweb.org
  3. Choose events with the advisor before your regional association's registration deadline
By Chapters affiliate by Nov 1, 2026. Students can be added until the regional deadline, but only affiliated students can enter the state contest.

In plain words

TSA is a school STEM club with about 40 competitive events per division, including engineering design, coding, CAD, robotics, drones, video production and prepared speech. Texas members compete at a regional contest in February to qualify for the Texas TSA State Conference in Fort Worth, Mar 31–Apr 3, 2027. State winners advance to the National TSA Conference, Jun 23–27, 2027. Students join through their school's chapter, which must affiliate with TSA by Nov 1, 2026 to avoid a late fee.

Kids who like to build, design or program and want a project with a real deadline and judges
