Terms of use
Last updated October 12, 2026
These terms cover your use of Runup.pro ("Runup", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Runup is
Runup is a free guide to competitions, tests, school-district windows and summer programs for students in grades 6–12. We collect dates and details from official sources and link to them. We are not affiliated with any competition, test, school district, program or organizer listed, unless a page clearly says so.
Dates and details can change
We check information against official sources and re-check it regularly, but organizers can change dates, rules, fees and eligibility at any time. Runup is a guide, not the official source. Always confirm details with the organizer before registering, applying or paying. We aren't responsible for missed deadlines, fees or decisions based on information on the site.
Accounts
You can use Runup without an account. Accounts are for parents and guardians, and for students 13 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account and saved list at any time from the Account page. Your personal calendar link is private: anyone with it can see your saved list, so don't share it publicly.
Emails
If you sign in, we may email you sign-in codes and reminders about deadlines you saved. You can turn reminders off on the Account page at any time.
Learning center pages
Some pages show programs offered by learning centers. Those centers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own programs, prices and communications. If you send a request through a center's page, we share the details you enter only with that center, and only when you agree to it on the form.
Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse Runup: no attempts to break or overload the site, scrape it in bulk, access other people's accounts, or submit false or harmful information. We may suspend access for misuse.
Our content
Runup's design, text and summaries belong to Runup. Organizer names, logos and materials belong to their owners. You're welcome to share links to Runup pages and print plans for personal or classroom use.
No warranty and limits of liability
Runup is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Runup isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by changes made by organizers, outages, or third-party websites we link to.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our privacy section. In short: we store your email and the items you save, never your child's details, and we don't sell data.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions? Contact us.
