- –TBABilingual Seal / World Language Certificate test2026-27 registration dates not posted · Test taken at school during Semester 2The student registers on the SPPS online seal form. The form is still headed "2026 Registration" (last year's cycle) and lists no deadline, so 2026-27 dates aren't posted yet. SPPS pages describe seal testing in grades 10–12, and the form says it can earn 8–20 free credits at Minnesota State colleges. Official page, checked Oct 19
Gifted & advanced learning
Saint Paul Public Schools doesn’t post a parent referral window for grades 6–12. Students are identified through school screening and test scores. Ask your school counselor, and tell us if you find the official page.
